It's bad enough that Reliable Toyota charges so many different fees already, they are now charging CC fees. Is Reliable really hurting so bad financially that we are being charged CC fees for their hit and miss (poor to mediocre) customer service and customer relations? It's a shame--and it's shameful--that it has come to this with Reliable Toyota.

I've been looking for my ideal Wrangler for two years and thought I'd found it here. Bait and switch much? The Rubicon was advertised over the wknd on three sites for $45,800, on Carfax, Autotrader and Reliable's own. We scheduled an appointment to drive the 2 hour round trip to test drive the vehicle. When we arrived I opened one of the sites to look at a feature I wanted to ask about and low and behold.... during the hour drive they altered the asking price by $3195. Over the years we have bought and traded several vehicles with Reliable Toyota. It had became a place we trusted to buy new and used vehicles, until now. We recently bought a 2016 Chevy Malibu from them. During test drive I noticed the smell of burning oil. Asked if it was the car making that smell. The Rookie sales person who was along for the ride said "no, it was the car in front of us". So we purchase the vehicle. The same day we brought it home we noticed it was leaking oil. I purchased a used vehicle and Mechanical Protection Plan (MPP) for $23486 November 18, 2024. I was told the plan covered everything except wear and tear, from bumper to bumper. After one month I noticed oil under the vehicle. I called my sales person, Bryant, and he told me to bring it in to be fixed. I brought it in before the 3-month "Reliable" Toyota warrantee ended, and was told it was a valve cover leak which is not covered, I would have to pay to fix the vehicle which started leaking oil after one month. Evan in sales and Ian in finance did not follow up. I called and texted countless times. Neither Evan nor Ian had any interest in providing customer service. Neither would respond to my calls or send the paperwork. Once the sale was complete on the day I purchased it, the follow up was non existent and customer service was terrible.

The worst. There should be an option for zero stars...After waiting 5+ hours for a scheduled oil change/tire rotation they inform me they broke a lug nut, didn't fix a tire sensor, and would have to come back. 5+ hours for a routine appointment. Rudest of customer service and mechanics.

Worst dealership I have ever dealt with, better hope your auto doesn't have a recall. Brought in my truck for regular maintenance and left with a loaner for almost 5 months. Was told many stories during those 5 months that this review would be frankly too long. I am trying to get Toyota USA to buy the truck back. Since this dealership cannot and will not make things right. Worse yet, received a call on 10/03/24 that everything was fixed and in great working order. Terrible service like it's not their job to answer the phone and answer questions. They'll either not pick up, or just transfer you around on hold wasting your time until you hang up. It's so sad how down hill all businesses have went. I remember years back when people actually picked up the phones and had decent customer service.

For background information, I am an experienced automotive technician and have worked in this field since 2001. I took my 2016 Tacoma to Reliable Toyota for an engine oil leak that they diagnosed as the front timing cover and the rear main seal; $6614.16 was the quote and I gave them the "ok" on 7/25/24 7/31/24, I picked up my truck and while driving home heard what sounded like a power steering pump whine from the A/C.
