Great REMS has honestly been very easy to rent from for the past 6 months. My apartment is very nice, and nothing seems to ever go wrong with any of the appliances. I did have a question about my payment made to them last month, and when I called and left a message they called back the next day. In my book, they have been great.
They rock! This company rocks. The sprinkler system was down and REMS sent some techs who fixed it immediately. It was old so they didn't bother running around looking for parts, they just replaced it with a new one. It was a quick solution and they had it up and running within minutes.
