great communication The property manager that I have dealt with at REMS is great. He is very professional and has great communication skills. I have multiple rental properties that I own with a partner, and we are always on the same page because of the consistent communication from REMS.
Dligent This is a very diligent management firm. They really take care of my property and know how to keep good tenants in the house- while weeding the bad ones out. I have never had an issue with REMS collecting funds from tenants, and applying late fees when necessary. I really feel they have my best interest at heart.

professional management!! Always a good experience. REMS manages my HOA here where I am a board member. Working with them on certain projects has proved much simpler than other companies in the past.
