Not a very responsive property management company I have downstairs neighbors who are very noisy. They constantly blast their subwoofer which causes my floors and walls to shake, and the sound of it maddening. I've contacted the police who have also told them it was to loud. REMS hasn't done anything about it despite my numerous complaints. They CC'ed me on email stating they were going to issue a fine, but the noise continues to happen, just...

They have never once returned ... They have never once returned a phone call or called back after they said they would. They consistently lose important documentation including, but not limited to, our rental agreement, after which they tried to tell us our rent was higher than the contract amount. Getting any sort of help or information from them is worse than pulling out my own teeth. I have never in my life had to deal with...

Landlords and Tenants Beware! This is such a dirty company. I have a whole laundry list of problems we have had with them, but I'll have to summarize in order to fit them here. This company is a big fan of Chicago politics, and isn't afraid to bully, intimidate, or harass tenants. They don't care if what they are doing is illegal or immoral. They even fraudulently altered our contract with whiteout after it was signed....

Don't Deal With This Company These guys make a living by screwing over their tenants. Do not rent from them. When I moved in, there were some minor dents/dings and a few small damages, nothing that I really cared about. The lease does reference a pre-inspection form to be filled out at move-in, which I hadn't received, so I called about it. I was told all damage in the house had been recorded, and there was no need to fill...
