When informed by Renewal by Andersen of Portland, I was initial skeptical of their procedure. But, once they (Chino, Maicko, and Ismael Farias) arrived and proceeded to prepare each window, I saw that they really had a great method to do a professional job. RecommendedGreat product. The crew that did our replacement was courteous, friendy and efficient. All of their work was professional and their cleanup was fantastic. I would recommend Anderson windows to everyone. Our crew was W-9, lead by Juan with Anthony and Jose.
RecommendedIt is so nice to have a working patio door again. John H. and Vidim L. were on time, easy to work with, and very professional. They work well together as a team, got the job completed and cleaned up. Other than the new door one wouldn't know people had been working at the house today.
Windows, all 21 of them, work great and look beautiful. The workers, Pavel and Kadim, were careful and clean, they even moved furniture for me. They protected the carpets and outdoor shrubs and vacuumed before leaving - they even swept the sidewalk. RecommendedIvan, Taras, & Boris were our installers and they were amazing! Perfectionist and spent the time going over all 7 windows installed. They even added a window and it looks like it belonged the whole time.

We had an awning window put in our kitchen replacing a sliding window. The new window transforms the room. We love it! RecommendedDespite a lot of rot found at many windows, Ismael, Chino and Maicko handed the bad news to us nicely and positively. They were always on time, got the job done within the time frames given despite the additional issues. The windows are gorgeous!
Just had all the windows replaced by Ismaul and Adolfo, these guys are the best. House was left clean and the windows looks great.
