We had an awning window put in our kitchen replacing a sliding window. The new window transforms the room. We love it! Despite a lot of rot found at many windows, Ismael, Chino and Maicko handed the bad news to us nicely and positively. They were always on time, got the job done within the time frames given despite the additional issues. The windows are gorgeous!

We knew Anderson was a higher price point than their competitors but fully felt they would be worth the money and we were right! You get what you pay for :-) Our installers were the BEST! Valentin, Pavle, and Valerii were true craftsmen and very courteous and conscientious throughout the whole process. My husband and I were very pleased with the installers we had (Ivan/Nick/Peter), all were very professional, friendly and new their job well. They covered everything with plastic inside and out...plus cleaned up immaculately after installation. We had a large bay window installed in an upstairs bedroom. The installation went well. The installers worked very hard all day, did a great job, and cleaned up the worksite at the end. Great job overall.
The Renewal by Anderson installation team kept me appraised of their progress before arrival and were extremely polite and considerate. They were efficient and ensured any quirks they ran into were brought to my attention for a decision. Upon completion any mess was cleaned up and I was invited to inspect the work. I had other work going on at my property that day and that crew complimented the windows and installation as well.
