Uriel and John H. did a good job on the installation. There was a broken solar light and John left the water from the hose on and the gate open when he left. I was glad that I found it because I have a dog and also would have had a large water bill. I normally do not go to that side of the house. The door hardware was backwards but this was not a big deal and will be remedied. All in all it was a good job.
We had 5 windows replaced -- my installation crew was absolutely stellar! Terry, Adam, and Josh got everything completed in one day, with outstanding professionalism and results. They took great care to ensure the interior of the house stayed clean (put on clean booties EVERY time they entered; sealed all the windows with plastic sheeting), plus took exceptional care to not damage the outdoor plantings that were next to the windows. What a great installation crew! Make sure and ask for Boris, NIck B. and Kostya to do your install. These fellows know what they are doing and are very time efficient. They are kind and work hard to make sure that your new windows are placed correctly. They work neatly and clean up as if they were never there. We felt very confident and assured. No mistake, these windows are expensive, but you get more than you pay for! We had 11 windows installed in our 100 year old "house that jack built" house that we just purchased. One wall had to be completely rebuilt as they expanded the current window, and eliminated a "Witch's Window" that had leaked, causing rot.
