We had 4 windows replaced to increase ventilation in our home. What a difference! I did not expect to enjoy them this much! The windows are supreme quality and they look great. The salesman was knowledgeable about the product and not pushy. The installers, Terry and Adam, were courteous and professional, did not leave a trace behind except the lovely windows. My experience with Renewal by Anderson of Portland was a very pleasurable and flawless experience. All the Renewal folks I worked with (sales consultant, measure technician and installation crew were very polite, willing to answer all my questions and very knowledgeable regarding their part of the purchase and installation. The 2 installers (Nick & Ivan) did a terrific job. They were very organized, conscientious and meticulous when removing the old door, installing the new one and cleaning up after all was done.
Terry and Adam from Renewal by Anderson came by this morning to install replace a second-floor double window. They did a superb job! They were very friendly and polite, answered all of our questions, were done in about 4 hours, and left a completely clean space both inside and out. We couldn't be happier. Thanks!
I had all my front windows replaced b/o dry rot. I am very pleased with the product. Brandon and Mic were personable and did an excellent and careful job with installation, giving attention to detail. And kudos to Karen in the office who accommodated me several times when I needed to reschedule. Overall, it was a positive experience and I have no complaints.
I just hired Renewal by Andersen of Portland to replace all of my windows. I'm very pleased with the final product and would highly recommend this company. Jeremy S. was very helpful on the sales side and John H., Uriel, and Vadim did an excellent job with the installation. They were prompt, friendly, and paid great attention to detail. From start to finish, my experience with Renewal was excellent. Our salesman Sean was very friendly and treated us like we were genuinely his friends. Our installers Valentin & Paulo were also friendly and professional. They installed the window in a short amount of time and left the area looking exactly how it was before. It's like the new window was always there!
The process from start to finish was done extremely well. My windows were installed sooner than expected by Stan, Ruslan.K. and Valeriy who were courteous, professional and polite. They were such a good team. The new windows replaced the original windows in our home built in 1936 so they will be appreciated.
