Randy Varga was just excellent in telling me thecost of all the work needed for replacement. He was kind and gracious, and if I had every salesman so knowledgeable and kind life and remodeling decisions would be so much easier. It was more than I expected so I did not have the work done at this time. <br />
They did a nice job. It was all contract work, but they found some hidden damages so the end cost ended up being more than we expected, but that wasn’t their fault. The bay window was just kind of hanging so they had to reinforce the window. They didn’t charge us extra for the labor; just the materials and we appreciated that.
I gave this company a C overall and a C for professionalism. The sales representative was prompt and friendly and knowlegable. After measuring my 6 windows he showed me a power point presentation all about the company and their product. The problem was that he wanted my husband to be present during his sales pitch, but I am the decision maker on this window replacement project. I am slowly replacing all my windows and sliding doors in my home with double paned vinyls without going into debt for them. I have a total of 28 windows and three sliding glass doors, all are metal cased and are leaking heat. I choose these windows because I wanted a dark framed window that would look better on my 70's house - didn't want the std white vinyl framed windows that everyone else has. Installation included replacing windows on 3'rd floor of house as well as one window which was almost 20 feet tall. Installation was professional and they promptly followed up on any minor issues I had after the install. Been very happy with windows. <br />
The service was great, as were the windows themselves. They sent someone out after it was completed to make sure we were satisfied. I was very happy with way everything went and I would use them again.
Most of the windows were able to be replaced, but several had to wait, as we had dry rot problems that needed to be addressed. The damage is currently being repairs and the last of the windows should be installed in the coming weeks. The people were great to work with, did exactly what they said they would do.
