After researching several window manufactures we hired Andersons to replace all of our windows, 15 total. Rob McDougle came out twice and was very informative and we were sold. Toby and Angle installed over a period of three days. They were very polite and answered any questions we had and did a wonderful job. The employee who came out and did some painting was also great, however I did not get his name. We chose Renewal by Andersen of Greater San Diego in December of 2021 to build and install new replacement windows for practically our entire house. (total of 21 windows). I hit the jackpot when I signed up with Renewal by Andersen, every step was a great experience and I was kept informed from start to install. Our window installers (Jose Sandoval, Miguel Morales, and Carlos Ortiz) were a great team! They did a a very good job installing all our windows efficiently and professionally. They were on time each day and Jose even called each day to let me know ahead that the team would be coming in ~15min which I appreciated. Our installers: Julian, JJ and Irving were wonderful! Very personable and took the time to share what was unique about our installation and some of the technology behind the windows such as the new rain guards. They were patient with my questions, and worked very hard from the time they arrived until the job was complete.
