I have mixed feelings about Renewal by Andersen. I purchased two sliding glass doors, and they are wonderful. Their operation feels robust, the installation is bulletproof, and they look wonderful. However, it wasn't a painless journey to get here, and I would take a different direction if I were to do it again. It takes a long time for San Diego's Renewal to install doors. Robert Cunio, Renewal by Anderson, sales rep was professional, courteous, and knowledgeable. I had some final detail repair issues and he was helpful in getting them resolved. He managed the project well. The installers were excellent and were very careful not to disturb my rose bushes in front of the windows. It was a very difficult installation with large windows and no room to maneuver very well. The installation team from Renewal by Andersen were FANTASTIC! Toby, Raul, & Luis were professional, polite, prompt and prudent while working on our property. And they were absolutely FASTIDIOUS on keeping our home clean and protected from and dust, debris, and dirt as they went about their installation work - furniture, floors, beds, counters, cabinets, sinks were all protected by plastic coverings (and all three wore paper "booties" over their shoes while working inside the home! I had the best experienced working with everyone involved, from my first contact with my rep Elton Hendrix to the installers Jason (didn't' get his last name) and Samuel Barrios & Cristian. I had a few really old leaky windows plus one window that needed to be reframed and brought up to code. The temperature in my house, in the coldest San Diego days, would drop to 58 degrees. RbA (Jason and Angel) removed two old, and barely working, sliding glass doors and replaced them with RbA sliding glass doors. Removal was done carefully without any damage to surrounding edges. The new RbA door installation started around mid-day and finished late afternoon. The installed doors looked and operated perfectly. The attention to detail, both on the external and internal sides, was flawless. Profession work from beginning to end. Well done guys!!
