I had exterior wood French doors replaced by Renewal by Anderson and I couldn't be happier. They are beautiful and very solid quality - a huge improvement to what I had before. I asked around for referrals and got very good comments from neighbors who had used Renewal by Anderson for their windows. We had a very positive experience with R by A. We needed to replace 3 sliders plus all the windows in our kitchen; the later being challenging due to having to cut around existing granite. I particularly liked the attention to detail in making the install look good; in fact they look better than the original windows! They also use high quality product which was also a deciding factor. We had all the windows in our home replaced by RNA. The workmanship was very good and the windows look beautiful. While we paid a bit more than had we used vinyl windows, we think the upgraded quality is worth it. We encountered some minor leakage after heavy rains but the issue was taken care of very quickly. Every employee we worked with was very professional, respectful and personable. Would definitely recommend.

This company not only has the highest quality product but the installers who came out worked incredibly hard and skillfully. Ryan and Fernando and Ted were very professional with their craft as well as respectful that they were in our home and were responsive to any requests we made. They were polite and cleaned up after themselves completely at the end of day even when they were returning the next day. It was a very positive experience.

We replaced our back sliding patio door with a sliding door from Andersen. The salesperson was friendly and helpful. While it took longer than I wanted to get the door installed, the installers Victor and Navil were polite and professional. The door looks great.

Our project with Renewal by Anderson was just completed. We cannot say enough good things about the entire process and all of the people who completed this. From the salesperson, Rob, the technical measurement tech, Angel, the installers Ryan and Ivan and the painter, Jorge as well as the office staff who called and verified our appointments and were helpful in all ways, they couldn't be better! I replaced a very old six foot wide single-pane sliding window and a small fixed window with a six-foot double-pane e-glass fixed window and a small casement window, in the corner of my kitchen. Anderson makes a good product and I'm happy with the new windows, and even happier that they were installed in one day without tearing the wall apart. Renewal by Andersen replaced my windows and patio door in 2010. They're everything you would expect. What has surprised me is the level of service, which is outstanding. I haven't needed much, mainly tightening one hinge on a casement window. And they surprised me five years after installation by coming to check on the screens and replacing any they felt were defective (mainly due to my cat).
