We are beyond HAPPY with our doors and windows! The service department, Zuri, Danielle, Vera and Anthony went above and beyond to provide excellent customer service to me . We chose Renewal by Andersen of Greater San Diego in December of 2021 to build and install new replacement windows for practically our entire house. (total of 21 windows). This is a follow up from my previous 1 star review. I wrote a letter to the local business manager on August 10th. I got a phone call from the business manager on August 12th with news that my door had arrived. Got an install date of August 16th. The installers were on time and professional. The follow on painter showed up on time and completed the job. I am now a happy camper. The reason for the 4 stars is because of my bad experience with customer service.

We replaced 13 patio doors. The overall quality of the job was excellent. It was started and completed on time. The workmen were outstanding. They were professional and very tidy and careful with our house and furnishings. We're happy with the quality of the doors and their installation.

From the initial call to set up consultation to the installation itself, everything went seamlessly! I even received a follow up call the day after installation from the original salesperson to see how things went. Very impressed with their communication throughout the process. Our window installation crew (Ryan, Toby and Hector) were very professional, hard working and yet personable. They worked diligently for 2 days replacing 14 windows, they communicated what work they intended to complete each day. Their work was very skilled, and neat, no mess! Highly recommend them for any window installation jobs, and we'll be scheduling future window installation jobs.

We were very pleased with the installation of our windows. The installation crew were very professional and always able and willing to answer our questions and were able to quickly solve any issues. They were very organized and cleaned up after each installation. Very friendly and polite. This was our second project with them and we have been very satisfied with the first as well.
