I had a very disappointing experience with this rental company. Communication was essentially nonexistent from start to finish, which made everything more stressful than it needed to be. One of the most concerning issues was that the homeowner somehow ended up with my personal phone number and would text me directly about things like her personal mail. Wish I could give 0 stars or even negative. Worst rental company ever! Our neighbor harassed us for an entire year and they’re making us move out. All of the other neighbors love us and we grew very close to them. It cost me a ton of money to move in just to live here for a year. We paid our rent on time and took very good care of the property, yet they’re ready to ruin our lives for no reason. They never answer when you need something fixed. I had a great experience with Renter's Warehouse for getting a tenant placed and managed. The issues started when my tenant moved out and the Turns/ Maintenance department came into the picture. The Turns team first reached out one day after my tenant moved out. I asked for more details on the process since this was my first time having a tenant move out with Renter's Warehouse. Leaving this review as a homeowner. Short version is working with them had been extremely costly and borderline fraudulent. Here's some examples from just my most recent transaction -- a tenant broke their lease and moved out early. I have a tenant placement warranty yet they still are charging me the one month tenant placement fee, and mysteriously threw an extra thousand dollars into the cost of the placement fee. If I could leave zero stars I would. Filled out an application. They gladly took my $25. I took a hit in my credit report. Despite having no criminal record, an above 700 credit score, and proof of income, and being retired at age 55. I never heard back from the agent. After contacting her she told me it’s the owner’s decision and her only means of contacting the owners is via email. Over a month later and the place still sits empty. I’ve worked with seven different property management companies in my life — and not one of them even comes close to how poorly this one operates. Not to mention the unapologetic breaches of contract throughout the term of the lease from both them and the landlord. -Communication is abysmal. This has been by far my worst moving experience. Rented a place with leasing agent Ted ****** and Owner Tayrn *****in Richfield Mn. Upon the walk through, we pointed out very many issues that needed to be replaced. With the thought things would be fixed prior to move in or in a timely manner. Safety concerns such as doors not locking, screens being torn, egress windows not opening and the list goes on. We have been in the property for 3 weeks now and still nothing is fixed. This is the worst company I have ever dealt with. They do not fix ANYTHING in a timely manner! We have been without a working washing machine since 7-12-25. It is not 8-29. All we get is "we're waiting to hear from the owner, vender, ect". This is not okay. I have lived in this apartment for 10 years and have never had such poor management before! They need negative stars. And this is only 1 issue about them.

Poor A/c operation. It's Ben 2 days no one has arrived to repair. The contract through docusign is fraud.The contract I signed and took pictures of on my phone is not the same contract that saved on my laptop period
