I tried for 4 hrs to rent a washer in carrollton ga online I was told 3 times someone would contact meat the carrollton ga store 30117 this is the poorest customer service ive ever had the manager David strung me out over email for atleast a couple hours and I called 3 times to resolve to be able to rent a washer for my wife but apparently customer is not part of rent a center job description. They have horrible customer service skills. Even after communicating with them in regards to making payments and changing the payments and being a loyal customer. I was sent a rude and unprofessional text message. I feel like they miss treat people that use their services because they know they have bad credit or dont have the means to purchase furniture and they treat you in that manner.

I ordered something I was gonna return it I said order me another one on the same contract they changed my contract without me signing it all I want to do is just return it now but for them to be able to change your contract that should not be right because it was a computer contract is it because I signed but I never signed the second contract I signed one contract for seven payments not a second contract for a 24 payments

I would barely give this company a 1, they add so much interest and principal on items it is very vicious. That is besides the point, I took 2 sofas and a tv from the *** in ******, ** back in September 2021 and I never missed a payment but fast forward over a year later into this renting agreement to later own; I missed February payment of this year. I have collection calls from a Rent a Center agency every few years. last one was a week ago. Before that was 2018. The first one stated I rented something from a place in **** in 2010 - 2011 that I never lived (2017) I said I never lived there I lived in ******** at that time.
