Purchased a brand new $3200 couch. Was delievered broken. They did not want to cancel contract or refund cash payment that was paid yesterday. No apologies were made and managers were behind the desk in another room making smart comments, cussing and laughing.

Rent a center sold me what was supposed to be a new refrigerator, that last 6 Mos they came and got it and gave me a loaner. I never got a new refrigerator and the loan which I was paying on and paid off only lasted 9 Mos. I went to Rent a center, they told me they had no Refrigerators. And they could not help me I called corporate they had a man name ****** who was the district manager call me he took my compliant and was sippose to get back to me well its been 2 weeks and no call back. I don't think they deserve to be open. I have been with rent a center since **************************************************************** them giving us a loner until are product was fixed. We payed off the couch with it being broken why we was still paying on it and they refused to fix so we finished paying it off and the washer broke on us today and they are refusing to even give us a loner until the fix that one

The furniture I purchased was not acceptable..they replaced my furniture with some embarrassing office furniture..I'm so disappointed and frustrated..I fell violated and I believe that it's racial motivated. Called in to see how much I owed on some items I had planned on paying off, never gave a solid answer. *****, the manager, was absolutely rude with me and hang up when I began to get irritated. This is the 9th Avenue location in **********, **. As a manager, he should be the last employee to be rude. I have heard several other people having issues with the same manager. I think it should be time for a change.

Hello I can't even give 1 star. The store on West El Camino unprofessional the store Manger Victoria needs to be fired ,Maria needs to be trained on customer service. I've been with them for 30 plus years since those 2 started working there the store has went down Hill. I've asked multiple times to speak to a higher up manager and they REFUSED. So please if CORRPORT SEES THIS Please reply back go my email something needs to be done about this place. ??
