The sofa set we bought from Rooms to Go is awesome. However, Rooms to Go had an Acceptance Now (90 day same as cash lease to own) office, in their show room. We went with that route because we had used the parent company, who recently acquired them, ***** successfully in the recent past. I have recently fell ill and have always tried to make timely payments. I am behind two weeks on my agreement I had to wait for insurance to issue me another cell phone because the coverage doesnt work anymore. I had intended to buy a 85 inch TV a stand. it has been two years and still paying it should be paid off . I pay 120 every two weeks iI I have bought other things from them with no problem and paid it off. New management came in and it seems like they are robbing me. I tried calling them all they say is I owe them money. Besides the tv was used. I say am done paying I think I paid this company enough. Hopefully something can be done with the way they do business.

I have fully purchased 2 different items from here in the past 5 years. Each time the salesperson is great at the start, but turns bad after that first visit. If a payment was late in any way, they would harass 2-3 times daily until it was paid. This wouldn't be bad if the preferred contact way was used. This is my 2nd time renting with acceptance now . The 1st time was flawless but this time it has been such a horrible experience. I told acceptance now to come pick up their furniture about 2 weeks ago . And they instead offered a settlement offer of ***** within 45 days to close out my agreement . Last night, I paid it .
