I worked with Dru ******from Renters Warehouse to resolve an issue with my homeowner portal, which was not functioning properly. He quickly identified the problem and fixed it efficiently, minimizing any disruption on my end. In addition to resolving the issue, he also provided helpful guidance on how to keep my account active and avoid similar problems in the future. I truly appreciate his prompt service, professionalism, and valuable suggestions.

My kids said we better write a review for Catherine ******** at Renters Warehouse tonight. I thought they suggested that because Catherine coordinated repairs and took ALL the work off my plate. Or, maybe it was because she answered every accounting and finance question I had last week. Or, more likely because she and her team turned these expensive migraines (back when I tried to manage them) into profitable investments full of happy tenants ever since she and her team took over. I have recently run into a financial hardship due to fighting cancer. I couldn't pay April rent. Dru was so kind and understanding, we worked through it and I'll be able to pay by the end of the month. He managed to make sure I didn't get evicted. The kindness he showed was so gratefully appreciated!

I experienced great client service as an owner of a property owner through Renters Warehouse. I had a specific request that was handled by Dru ******, Client Services. Dru took time to make a correction to my portal access and also processed a tenant credit which required support from the accounting department to ensure all was managed correctly. Dru was efficient and responsive to my needs. I truly appreciated his willingness to ensure all of my requests were fully resolved.

Abby ******* was such a great help today when I called to see if I could get a couple of end-of-year tax docs for the person who manages my income taxes. This is the first year I have rented my house and, having heard so many horror stories about renting properties, I was most anxious!
