I needed help with a couple of things including computer guidance. I spoke with Miles who was so professional, patient and effective! He helped me resolve my issues and even made a follow up call to me to check and make sure that everything was taken care of! He is a pleasure to work with and an asset to renters warehouse!

My tenant was experiencing issues with garbage disposal and Marydel from RW Maintenance was quick to request approval for the work and to dispatch a repair person. Having prompt maintenance service is critical to us as landlords in order to keep our tenants happy.

I am 3 days into my new management agreement with Renter's Warehouse and I am a little disappointed that communication has decreased. I have managed this rental on my own for the past 10 years and I had really hoped hiring a management company would decrease the amount of time I had to spend dealing with this property. I have owned and rented another place managed by RW for about 6 years. Overall, I have been very happy with your service so I reached back out to you to rent my current property. Kim came out and was very attentive to renting my house in the country. She was the same person who I renewed my existing lease with last summer so we already had that positive traction. Kim immediately ran with the listing and did such a professional job throughout!
