I reached out to the owner regarding her property in November of 2025 and she put me in touch with **** ****** at Renters Warehouse. **** answered all my questions, kept clear communication and was prompt with our paperwork. I'm grateful the owner let me move in at a later date and was open to negotiating our rental agreement. I've been in my new rental property for one week and so far so good. Renters Warehouse 'Client Services' has exceeded expectations today. As a first time home renter who travels more often than not, I've been fumbling around on how to manage auto-pay because every single bill of mine is on Auto-Pay and 'remembering' to log in once a month to pay is not a strength of mind. I do think the Auto-Pay function could incorporate a 'balance due' option to incorporate any additional fees/dues that come up, but that's not a big deal. Excellent service and communication from Renters Warehouse. We recently had an emergency issue with a hot water heater and expansion tank, and the situation was handled quickly and professionally. The vendor responded promptly, identified the root cause (corrosion and damage), and provided a clear explanation of what needed to be replaced. Had a great experience with RW maintenance coordinator ANDRES ********* who has consistently helped address maintenance issues at my property, coordinated between tenants and my Home Warranty company for maint. issues, and kept me updated through out the process. Highly recommended for property management.
