I called Renters Warehouse to clarify an email I received discussing a disbursement. The first person I goy could not clearly explain the transactions. She had me really confused. I called back and got Jayme. Very quickly and efficiently he answered my questions. He was very knowledgeable, professional, courteous and efficient. Aside from all that, Jaime was very pleasant to deal with. A great RW exemplary employee! Lucky to have him when, in many cases, quality customer service is lacking!

Rose was picked up my call. She provided me an excellent service today. I called to 1800 RW phone number and she took my called and gave awesome customer service.
