I have recently run into a financial hardship due to fighting cancer. I couldn't pay April rent. Dru was so kind and understanding, we worked through it and I'll be able to pay by the end of the month. He managed to make sure I didn't get evicted. The kindness he showed was so gratefully appreciated!

I experienced great client service as an owner of a property owner through Renters Warehouse. I had a specific request that was handled by Dru ******, Client Services. Dru took time to make a correction to my portal access and also processed a tenant credit which required support from the accounting department to ensure all was managed correctly. Dru was efficient and responsive to my needs. I truly appreciated his willingness to ensure all of my requests were fully resolved.
