Wow ! **** *was one the the nicest and patient customer rep, to talk with. She helped to get the information needed. also help with my informing me of the merger with renters warehouse with Renosy.thanks again ****. I have been using renters warehouse since 2011. Keep up the good work and great customer service.

I needed to combine my rent (which was always on automatic payment) with my monthly pet payment so I didn’t have to make separate payments each month. All it took was one call to the office. ***** answered and was sweet and helpful from start to finish. It was something I could do myself on the portal but it wasn’t the most user friendly thing to locate so that I could do that. ***** helped me locate it ?????? helped me check the dates so that I wouldn’t end up paying an additional month at lease-end and need a refund.
