Had a great experience with RW maintenance coordinator ANDRES ********* who has consistently helped address maintenance issues at my property, coordinated between tenants and my Home Warranty company for maint. issues, and kept me updated through out the process. Highly recommended for property management.

I corporate with renters warehouse almost 10 years. They can always find high quantities tenants from local Hi-tech companies and analysis the market rental prices match my requirements. They have a good process system. You don’t need worry about everything as owner. This year, Andres Prudencio team responsible to my house maintenance. They have good jobs. Respond quickly and patients communication and adjustable work. Very helpful.
I called Renters Warehouse to clarify an email I received discussing a disbursement. The first person I goy could not clearly explain the transactions. She had me really confused. I called back and got Jayme. Very quickly and efficiently he answered my questions. He was very knowledgeable, professional, courteous and efficient. Aside from all that, Jaime was very pleasant to deal with. A great RW exemplary employee! Lucky to have him when, in many cases, quality customer service is lacking!
