Charissa ***, the maintenance coordinator for Renters Warehouse (Phoenix) is incredible. She is quick to respond to work orders whether they are emergencies or not. She keeps me informed on all phases of the work order process to the assignment of vendor to the follow-up on completion of work. Sometimes the vendor doing the work has parts ordered which causes a delay and Charissa updates me on any delays and the reasons plus she is quick to follow-up with the vendor to help ensure any delays are minimal.
