We had Jennifer *******assist us with renting a property in the Anoka area. She was very responsive, personable, and easy to work with. When we had questions she was quick to respond and explain until we fully understood. Overall the process was smooth and my favorite part is that even though it is an online application, they encourage an email/letter to ensure the approval process is based on the person/family and not just numbers on a piece of paper.
Jenny *******, did a great Job for me at a rental house in Andover. She found a good tenant very quickly and helped me get them in place . 5 stars for Jenny.

Tim was very communicative and helpful in the showing and leasing process. He had answers to all of our questions and was on time for both our tour and being at our apartment to give us our keys. Any emails sent were responded to in a timely manner with all questions answered.

Nicholas ******** has been an exceptional person. I have been working with him for over 3 years now on multiple properties and he is always a pleasure to work with. He takes care of everything with little involvement from me and that truly is turn key. I stay out of state, so he goes that extra mile to help with little things and makes sure the tenants are comfortable. I always recommend him to other friends and they are also very happy having him on their properties.
