I have been working with Erica ******at Renters Warehouse and I am so lucky to work with her. She is so dedicated at work and was so patient providing answers to all our questions and sending us all the necessary information. She has always been helpful in quickly finding the right tenants. I am so happy I met Erica, she is such a wonderful person!
Great Customer Service, I've rented a few houses in my lifetime but have never had a great process until I met Mike ******from Renters Warehouse. Right from the beginning he was personable, knowledgeable, and respectful of my questions. He was the only person out of 5 people I contacted that actually emailed me back with a showing date and time. RW and their agents have always been responsive and satisfying in the results and resolutions of my issues and inquiries no matter what. This is my second time using Renters Warehouse to rent a property I've owned. First time went extremely well and the second is off to a good start. I appreciate that they are experts in property management and that they make tenant placement, rent collection, and maintenance so easy. Completely hands-off for the property owner. Thanks RW!
Matthew ****** was a professional, though out the initial listing and tenant selection process. He was locked in on market trends, what my house would rent for, and guided me through each step. On top of that, he was ALWAYS available and communicated with urgency which matched exactly what I needed in a partner.
Woke up a little panicked today that RW's app wasn't available, couldn't log in and my property manager left the company but I wasn't aware. I called RW support and spoke with Abby who did everything in her power to reassure me that everything was fine. She helped me get into my account, explained app was going through maintenance, and requested the new property managers reach out to me. She did a great job!
