I'd like to offer a very positive review of Garrett Gordon. From the first time I contacted Renters Warehouse, Garrett has been positive, helpful, and active in helping us rent our home for the first time. We weren't even sure our house could be rented in time to me a very aggressive schedule (we had to move out of the area because of a job change). Brenda O'Connell was so helpful and nice. We were very lucky to have her as our agent we had been looking for a place for a while and could not find anything 5 people and 5 pets in a one bedroom was not enough room by far now we have a 4br.1 ba. Plus an office we love love love the house and the neighborhood is very quiet
Mark Hanson was an incredibly helpful for us. We ended up having a house fire in my previous location and was stuck staying on couches or hotels for the next few weeks, but mark made it work for us and got us into our place way ahead of schedule.

This was my first time working with Renters Warehouse, and the experience was fantastic! The landlord for the rental home that I applied for was very gun shy about signing on new tenants due to a very bad previous tenant. My roommates and I all have great credit and clean records, but she was still very hesitant to approve our application.
