We worked with Bob F to help us find a rental property. We are relocating from CA to MN and had to do the entire transaction virtually. Mr. F was exceptionally responsive and the process was well communicated and streamlined. He answered all of our questions promptly throughout the entire process. Overall it keeps the landlord side as streamlined as possible. Tax preparation is easier with them as well. Sometimes it is a bit "taxing" to get adequate communication through to the tenants, however overall their customer service it great. As a middleman between landlord and tenant it fits the bill well and their lease agreements are very well worded.
