I spoke with Claire R from Renter's Warehouse about an issue this morning. It was resolved right away. She was very courteous and professional.
Rouselle was very nice and humble, very knowledgeable and understanding. I wished I'd worked with her from the beginning of my lease and until now. I give her 5 stars
I received a notice from RW about my lease. I called to clarify information and spoke with Claire R and she was very pleasant and took the time to explain things and contact other departments to get back with me for information she could not provide. I’m waiting to hear back from the other department at this point. Thank you Claire.
