I have used Renters Warehouse for a few different properties over the years and the experience has always been smooth. Tenant placement has been simple. Maintenance requests are responded to efficiently and their vendors for repairs have reasonable fees. Our current manager Nicolas has done an excellent job with two of my properties over the last year.

Renter warehouse is a great place to live also they are very quick on answering phone all we need to work on is to sent work orders on time when is emergency da all everything else we are good on putting work orders on time thank u????????????

Bob ****** and his team are a great bunch to work with. Bob has done a fantastic job of vetting renters for my property. The process is smooth and quick, with good communication. There can be a lot of moving parts coordinating one renter moving out, and another one moving in, but Bob and his team manage the process well and make my life a lot easier.
