RW got someone out to fix our leaking washer, the vender, JB repair services was amazing as well. He was able to fix the issue quick since they had the part in stock at his store. He offered to run and get it and come back to fix it, which he did and quickly! He explained the part that was broken and what he had to do in case it happens again. He did great, and RW reached out numerous times to make sure it was completed and had the Vender call me, it was nice not to have to worry about finding someone to fix it like I had to... read more
