Wow! Abby ******* single handedly saved the reputation of RW organization. For two months I've receiving only lip service in trying to get a copy of my new lease which begins in 2 days and an incorrect issue on my tenant ledger. Being not just polite and professional Abby actually accomplished what no one else in 2 months could.
