We have had a good experience thus far! There were a lot of tech issues when trying to pay rent and it was a holiday weekend. With screenshots of the errors I was getting I was able to have the late fee waived. Their customer service was wonderful compared to past management companies I have rented from.

My wife and I have worked with Jennifer (Jenny) at Renters Warehouse. Her experience flagged a potential renter as a person trying to rent our townhome with a stolen identity. She caught this before the tenant moved in. If we had managed the rental ourselves without working with Jennifer, I am unsure whether we could have prevented this person from moving in. I had the please of working with Abby Herrero today on the phone. She is polite and very responsive to my needs. I had an issue with password protected Tax document and Abby helped me through the issue. She had to place me on hold a few times and each time she checked back on my to make sure I was okay.
