Sean ***** was AMAZING to work with! He responded quickly to all inquiries, even late into the evening. We submitted an application to rent a house and two days later signed the lease. Even re-sent paperwork after I realized I put the wrong email address down.. Very efficient and pleasant, definitely will look for him again when we move next.

I had the worst experience working with a new rental agent in 2020. We lost almost a year rent payment. He didn’t verify the information of the person. Due to COVID laws we couldn’t do anything about it. But this year we worked with Jenny *******. She is the best agents. She goes above and beyond. I am very thankful that I got to work with her to find a renter. Thank you so much Jenny. I will continue to work with moving forward. I appreciate the knowledge you shared with me as well.

I am so happy I got Justin solie as a rental agent, he has gone above and beyond to help me get into the house I wanted. Because of Justin working on my behalf with the property owner. I will be able to move into my first choice of all the homes I looked at. I love this house and I feel Justin made it happen for me. I was very comfortable talking with Justin, he was able to answer all the questions I had about the property.
We worked with Pete Shrader at RW to help us rent our townhouse in the Twin Cities. Pete was able to find a qualified tenant within a day. Throughout the entire process, Pete was very knowledgeable and responsive. It was not uncommon for him to respond to emails or texts after 8:00 PM and before 7:00 AM the next day. He has an amazing work ethic & a drive to make sure everything goes smoothly for all parties.
