All about the people and after this company turning over way way too many......they have a great listing agent in Sean Clark. He got involved in the one day turn around, got a 2 year lease and 7.5% rent increase!!! I hope he stays as he is good.

We have had a good experience thus far! There were a lot of tech issues when trying to pay rent and it was a holiday weekend. With screenshots of the errors I was getting I was able to have the late fee waived. Their customer service was wonderful compared to past management companies I have rented from.
