Their rates are very good. Their customer service is phenomenal. I have had the pleasure to work with Abby Herrero who is attentive, friendly, and competent. Every time I call as a landlord my requests and questions are addressed. The online portal is user friendly as well. As a customer, I feel like my property is taken cared of by them and I don't have to stress or worry.
