We have had a good experience thus far! There were a lot of tech issues when trying to pay rent and it was a holiday weekend. With screenshots of the errors I was getting I was able to have the late fee waived. Their customer service was wonderful compared to past management companies I have rented from.
My wife and I have worked with Jennifer (Jenny) at Renters Warehouse. Her experience flagged a potential renter as a person trying to rent our townhome with a stolen identity. She caught this before the tenant moved in. If we had managed the rental ourselves without working with Jennifer, I am unsure whether we could have prevented this person from moving in. We are pleased with our experience with Renters Warehouse and Jennifer as our agent. We would use them again for future rental properties.

I had the please of working with Abby Herrero today on the phone. She is polite and very responsive to my needs. I had an issue with password protected Tax document and Abby helped me through the issue. She had to place me on hold a few times and each time she checked back on my to make sure I was okay.

He was flexible and very accommodating with his time when it came to the challenge of me not actually being in state initially when waning to view a property. He also was very communicative throughout the entire process so there were no surprises!
