I'm so pleased with Renter's Warehouse and Ms. Latasha Solley. This was our first time to have a move-out inspection completed, and we delighted to have received such a detailed report that included numerous pictures of the various areas that were mentioned as well as accurate descriptions covering everything. Wonderful to experience this level of professionalism, efficiency, communication and thoroughness in this area of real estate transactions.

Latasha Solley, came out to our property after our tenant was a no show 3 times. The property inspection was very detailed and was provided a video and checklist of everything in our property that was inspected by her.
