Latasha was our move out inspector and I just wanted to say that she is both professional and understanding I am absolutely blown away with her level of care and attention to detail! Latasha did a very good job of inspecting my rental property. I am a licensed home inspector and she covered all the basics. I didn't expect her to know much about any of the equipment (A/C, water heater, electrical etc.) but all the other items throughout the home were covered. Also I commend her on her patience, timeliness and excellent communication. Renters Warehouse should be proud to have her as an employee.

I usually do not have the greatest things to say about landlord management teams, but I had to take a moment to thank the management team at Renters Warehouse, and in particular, my inspector Latasha. She is beyond professional and yet takes the time to be human, respectful and attentive to the client's needs. As a disabled tenant, she always makes sure that my home is safe and fully accommodates my circumstances. I appreciate the care Latasha shows ,and Renters Warehouse as a whole.
My inspector Lastasha throughout my lease of almost two years has been great! She is very helpful and informative. She gives thorough inspections and shows that she really cares for the tenant. When I know she’s my inspector I don’t have to worry at all.
