We highly recommend Renters warehouse. We work with Gabriela Espinoza and she always checks to make sure things are taken care of in a timely matter. Very courteous.
Latasha was great and professional and was very thorough
Renters Warehouse has done great. In particular I would like to commend Melvin Sanchez. The follow up on his part regarding a work order has been fantastic. I am so glad I made the decision to choose Renters Warehouse to manage my rental property.
Latasha did a very thorough inspection during the rental and for the move out. Very focused on details. Even though she had to drive a long way, she did so very quickly. Great job.
Latasha did a great job on both of the inspections she conducted at my Flamingo rental! One for a property condition inspection and then the final move out inspection. Very thorough, I didn't see a thing she missed looking at. Appreciate her professionalism.! 5 stars all the way!
Everybody at RW is great. My inspector Latasha for example, is the best. Just communism via text and email told me she had a wonderful demeanor. She is also very professional and efficient. My husband acutely met her the day of my inspection and didn't have a bad thing to say.
