I usually do not have the greatest things to say about landlord management teams, but I had to take a moment to thank the management team at Renters Warehouse, and in particular, my inspector Latasha. She is beyond professional and yet takes the time to be human, respectful and attentive to the client's needs. As a disabled tenant, she always makes sure that my home is safe and fully accommodates my circumstances. I appreciate the care Latasha shows ,and Renters Warehouse as a whole.

My inspector Lastasha throughout my lease of almost two years has been great! She is very helpful and informative. She gives thorough inspections and shows that she really cares for the tenant. When I know she’s my inspector I don’t have to worry at all.

This review is specifically for Latasha Solley, the Renter's Warehouse inspector. On 2/11/2022 she assisted in the inspection of my rental property. She was overly thorough and professional throughout the lengthy process of noting discrepancies and needed repairs. Her written report followed suit and was/is very helpful and timely in informing the tenants of many details that need to be addressed before move-out in April! THANK YOU, Latasha!

Renters Warehouse has done great. In particular I would like to commend Melvin Sanchez. The follow up on his part regarding a work order has been fantastic. I am so glad I made the decision to choose Renters Warehouse to manage my rental property.
