Philip Hamilton helped my wife and I rent a nice home in Cave Creek. He walked the property with me, making notes about any maintenance issues that needed to be resolved and items that could otherwise effect our security deposit when we leave. He videotaped the property, reviewed the lease with us and, in general, helped us secure the home we wanted. I would recommend Renters Warehouse and Philip Hamilton to any Landlord looking for help finding quality tenants (like us!!).
