Overall it keeps the landlord side as streamlined as possible. Tax preparation is easier with them as well. Sometimes it is a bit "taxing" to get adequate communication through to the tenants, however overall their customer service it great. As a middleman between landlord and tenant it fits the bill well and their lease agreements are very well worded. We worked with Bob F to help us find a rental property. We are relocating from CA to MN and had to do the entire transaction virtually. Mr. F was exceptionally responsive and the process was well communicated and streamlined. He answered all of our questions promptly throughout the entire process.
