Philip Hamilton was very helpful. He was always on time when we were planning on meeting. He made notes to ask the owners to fix a couple of miner items and they were fixed when we say the property a second time. He was very thorough during the inspection. I appreciated his time.

It has not be a easy transition to Renters Warehouse. Our City taxes has still not be taken care of that I know of, Devin hasn't returned my emails nor my phone calls. We had to do all the work to get the property ready, I expected renters warehouse to do the work to get it ready. That is why I hired you people. Now I am no confident that the renter's Michael found for us will actually move in on Feb 1st. First they were to move in by Feb 1st, then they wanted to move in early.
