Alex Drake helped my wife and I through a rather unorthodox situation to get our home rented out not once but TWICE in a very short period of time. Everything was handled well and in an expeditious manner, communication between Alex and myself was always quick, easy and painless. Fees associated are very affordable and highly competitive with any other local management companies. My wife and I wouldn't change a thing about the entire experience.
I’m moving next month, and the relief I feel getting away from Renters Warehouse is unmatched. Dealing with them has been one long, frustrating headache. Every interaction felt combative—staff were consistently rude and defensive, even when I was just asking simple questions. Submitting maintenance requests was laughable. I hired XAP Credit because Wells Fargo was reporting late payments on my credit reports from last year when we had an agreement that I would defer payment because of covid. Wells Fargo didn't charge me any late fees but reported 6 late payments in my credit reports which lowered my scores into the 500s. I tried dealing with the credit bureaus myself and called WF so many times but they never removed the late payments. I tried using Credit Saint but all they did was dispute and nothing changed.
