IF COUD GIVE THIS COMPANY A -10 STARS I WOULD!!! STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!!!!!! ESPECIALLY MILITARY PERSONNEL!!! I hired XAP Credit because Wells Fargo was reporting late payments on my credit reports from last year when we had an agreement that I would defer payment because of covid. Wells Fargo didn't charge me any late fees but reported 6 late payments in my credit reports which lowered my scores into the 500s. I tried dealing with the credit bureaus myself and called WF so many times but they never removed the late payments. I tried using Credit Saint but all they did was dispute and nothing changed. I have additionally contacted the Hampton Roads Fleet and Family Services Center and Norfolk Naval Station Regional Legal Services Office. If you are a tenant looking to rent through renters warehouse and you like getting your security deposit back, BEWARE. I was having a decent experience at first. Not much was going wrong with the property, the online portal was nice (pretty standard now days), but when it came to the inspection and checkout process is not designed to get you your money back. As a military spouse I would not recommend this company to anyone!! The first year we had them, Alex was great we where kept in the loop on everything but then Alex left the company. Stating he didn't like the changes taking place. We should have taken that as a sign. Every year after that there has been less and less communication and more fees from Renters Warehouse.
