I have additionally contacted the Hampton Roads Fleet and Family Services Center and Norfolk Naval Station Regional Legal Services Office. This company must be considered for the Military Off Limits list to protect service members and Junior Sailors from doing business with this company and entrusting them with their most valued possession their home. If you are a tenant looking to rent through renters warehouse and you like getting your security deposit back, BEWARE. I was having a decent experience at first. Not much was going wrong with the property, the online portal was nice (pretty standard now days), but when it came to the inspection and checkout process is not designed to get you your money back. As a military spouse I would not recommend this company to anyone!! The first year we had them, Alex was great we where kept in the loop on everything but then Alex left the company. Stating he didn't like the changes taking place. We should have taken that as a sign. Every year after that there has been less and less communication and more fees from Renters Warehouse.
