One of the Green team leads,Manuel Barrera, has been a big help in managing my property while I’ve been away. This is the first time that I’m leasing my home and it has been easy to arrange fix issues with my property.
Danny Norris was so awesome. He helped my fiance and I find a home, then went the extra mile and helped point me in the right direction to purchasing this home. Terrible experience with these people do not rent from them it took forever to fix anything. They don’t return your calls and then when you move out they are no help at all! Never scheduled a walk-through they let the owner do it by himself without our knowledge and he added on bogus charges! We were paid until the end of March but left early due to new job new city due to layoff and the owner moved someone in so he collected double rent and this company does not care about that even though he lied and said they were not ... read more
So as a federal worker who’s furloughed, at the moment because of the government shutdown. I never had a company hassle me for payment for rent, mind I never missed a payment. This company doesn’t care about the tenant except there money.
