Manuel Barrera and the Green Team have done a great job keeping up with tenant issues. If not for them, it would be difficult for me to manage my property from another state.
Very impersonal to the tenant. Seems to be an outsourced service. Cant speak with an actual property manager or owner. All they care about is their money, not the tenant.
Trying to get a hold of somebody who can help or answer your questions is hopeless. The women that answers the phone is super at telling you nobody is available. Renters warehouse is great for finding a tenant. Don’t bother having them manage your property. Their customer service is great if you don’t need anything. Once you need something there’s nobody available.
I give this company 5 stars because I sincerely believe they will just delete any rating they don’t like. A company full of scam artists. They have actually tried to get away with a blatant violation of the law and only stopped when I called them on it. Then they tried the same thing again. I would describe them as disgusting, unethical, and corrupt. Avoid this company at all costs for your own sake.
