I worked with Steve *****for renting my townhome first time. He was very responsive and helpful throughout the process. My house was in a contract with a realtor for sale when I started engaging with him. He reviewed my contract and also advised the appropriate next steps. Landed with a seemingly a very good tenant within a day in the market. I would highly recommend for Steve to anyone who is looking for an agent.
