2 hours for oil change. Not sure if they were understaffed. The peaple working there were really nice.

You are better off going to a bloody jiffy lube. Do NOT, I repeat, NOT go here.
An oil change shouldn't take over an hour! Especially when you are forced to make an appointment. If my oil changes weren't free I'd drive right past them. Terrible dealership!! Bad management for sure!!
I paid $130 waited 2.5 hours with appointment. My coupon was not honored. I was told I had mail in tire, although 2 tires dealers can not find it. I dont believe tires were actually rotated. Horrible service
If you have any other options for service I would recommend going somewhere else. I had brought my Ram in for fixing a water leak issue. It took 4 separate trips to get fixed in a month period of time. During that time I received my truck back with several paint scratches. They agreed to buff out the scratches, however when I received my truck back I found that only a few scratches were fixed. I ended up spending a half day fixes the scratches myself. I will not be going back.
My truck truck was at the dealership nearly two months. The leak in the cab apparently came from the antenna and the part required to fix it still has not arrived at the dealership. The humidity from the leak has caused a covered the carpets in mildew which was not cleaned, rust on metal components and the failure of the rear seat heater electronics, none of which were identified or addressed by the service department.
