Terrible service - cant get through by phone or text which they suggested when I dropped my vehicle off. They also lost my key and took the guy 30 mins to find it in the mechanics tool box that had already left for the day.
The worst experience I've ever had.I believe there a scam shop.I warn anyone to stay away.
Was charged to replace a drain plug that the techs had stripped. Asked for air in my tires, they joked it would be 67% nitrogen and then forgot to add any air. They didnt forget to charge me for the drain plug they stripped though.
Just read every single review for the past 5 years all except 2 are good out of the 100s of reviews. Experience was absolutely terrible
The experience was actually pretty terrible, and I hope not to have to return except for the fact I've got three free oil changes still remaining. I was told incorrect information and it cost me money and safety.
I never had my Jeep serviced on 9/30/22. This is a fake.
customer service was horrible! Service techs let customers stand in line with no acknowledgement, no guidance. definitely will not be coming back for future service
Customer service was non existent. No communication. Supply chain issues caused delay. Was not happy, but they cant fix my truck without parts. But no communication with sliding ecds did not help. There idea of expediting my vehicle after having it sitting with them for four weeks was fix it six days after they received the parts was 6 days.
The wait time was way too long for just an oil change and tire rotation especially when I had an appointment. They tried charging me $28 for my power steering cap being lost when they were the last ones to work on my car. They didn't rotate my tires nor did they check my power steering, breaks and break pads because my steering is hard to turn and my breaks are squeaking. I plan to go to a different location to get those looked at all because they didn't.
