Repipe Specialists - Greater Los Angeles
Doesn't complete work or reply to messages. I had a rental home repiped in February. It failed inspection. Took me two months to get them to correct the failure. Now four months later, I'm still waiting for the job to be finished. My tenant still has multiple holes in the walls waiting on Repipe Specialist to seal them back. They want payment but don't deliver on their end. For what I'm dealing with I need to be compensated and the work needs to be completed, but I will probably have to get another company to finish the job.
The sales person made lots of promises and had a lifetime warranty to back them up. I thought I was going to get a professional job. I had confidence in them. Then, their workers showed up without all of the materials needed. As of today it has been about two weeks and they are still not finished. I had a brand new water heater and whole home water filter ready for them when they showed up. By the end of the day both of those new units were broken and inoperable. Truly, this is not a pleasant experience to have to go through. We had been battling with leaky pipes for over a year. Lots of monies put in already. Had to make the costly decision to repipe. Most of staff were kind & explained what was going on. Holes in the house everywhere...need to get to pipes. Just messy & dusty when done. Hoping it fixed our problems. Nice thing is is that the warranty passes on to next homeowners when we downsize.

Repipe Specialists are the absolute worst company I have ever dealt with. The salesman told me it would be $9,450 instead of $8,000 because the water intake had to be moved 30 feet to the side of my house. The plumbers came and said they only had to move it 3 feet, which they did. I asked for a refund and got nowhere. The plumbers left a hole on the outside of my house where the old hose bib was. The next problem was with the permit. The salesman said they fired the plumbing crew because they were not licensed plumbers. They... read more
I had them do my step daughters Mobile and we were assured in writing and verbally with a guarantee that they would heat tape the water lines and insulate so that water pipes would not freeze. It turns out their guarantee is not worth a thing. We had water line freeze, when they were called they referred us to the contractor who referred us back to Repipe. Neither would do a thing...Fortunately I was able to find where they did NOTHING to stop pipes from freezing..I would NOT recommend this company...
We hired Repipe at the beginning of Aug for them to begin in Sept. Originally, my husband Z was listed as the contact as he was unemployed. Shortly after, he got a driving job and could rarely answer the phone at work, so we asked Repipe to use me as point of contact instead. They called Z a few days into his new job to schedule. Unfortunately I didn't have the choice of working with Repipe specialist, but was forced to due to my apartment complex hiring them to complete a entire project for the community. On September 19th 2024, The crew came out and replaced our pipes. Per the instructions of our apartment management, all animals in our house were crated and put away. The worst group of people I have ever attempted to work with. They are not honest. I don't understand how they are still in business. This group is out of the **************** area. The sales person was **** and the shop person was ***. Even their **************** was screening for them and no help. They even tried to say they don't have a corporate CS, "they are 1099." ****** I hired this company to RePipe my house on 8/15/24. The plumbers came on 8/19/24 and repiped the complete house in 1 day! Had to wait for inspection, before they could patch the walls! The inspector finally came on 9/6/24! Then on 9/23/24, the drywall people came and replaced the drywall in the holes and completely covered the plugs with drywall mud!
