We recently had our home repiped by this company, and if you are looking for a repipe job I would strongly suggest you look elsewhere. Their Seattle area sales associate, ***********, will sell you on a quick process with minimal disruption to your home and a team that will manage all communication between different steps of the project. The way this company presents itself makes you feel like youre getting the best quality in workmanship and the best customer service. This is absolutely not the case. Repipe Specialist subcontracts the install to a very low rated plumbing company. Once the plumbing company takes over youre then dealing with them and NOT repipe specialist. In 2024 I had 'Repipe Specialist' repipe this 50 year old house. They cut the water main at the street and put in a whole new water line and then cut the pipe in the house removing the shut off k*** that was hard to turn and not hidden behind sheetrock, and then sheet rocked over the open pipe. They didn't cap either end. This year I didn't get the waste stop for the sprinkler system completely shut off and that open pipe was an easy place for that water to go. They completed the job in the time promised. They scheduled follow-up work needed in a timely matter. The sales person was not friendly and did not show respect to me.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!Just had a repipe done on our house and it was one of the worst experiences with a company. Its been 9 days and things are still not complete. I talked with the company *** to get things fixed in a timely manner and it did not. ***** take the money and run. The contractor they used is subpar at best! This company and the contractor they use are not on the same page. Please learn from my expensive mistake and do not use them!!!!
Would leave negative stars if I could. ***** ****** is not qualified to quote or bid any plumbing job. Turns out he did not even go into the crawl space to perform the estimate. ***** failed to exercise due diligence and negligently oversold me on the job or worse, may have engaged in unfair or deceptive practices that are prohibited by the Consumer Protection Act. Doesn't complete work or reply to messages. I had a rental home repiped in February. It failed inspection. Took me two months to get them to correct the failure. Now four months later, I'm still waiting for the job to be finished. My tenant still has multiple holes in the walls waiting on Repipe Specialist to seal them back. They want payment but don't deliver on their end. For what I'm dealing with I need to be compensated and the work needs to be completed, but I will probably have to get another company to finish the job.
The sales person made lots of promises and had a lifetime warranty to back them up. I thought I was going to get a professional job. I had confidence in them. Then, their workers showed up without all of the materials needed. As of today it has been about two weeks and they are still not finished. I had a brand new water heater and whole home water filter ready for them when they showed up. By the end of the day both of those new units were broken and inoperable. Truly, this is not a pleasant experience to have to go through. We had been battling with leaky pipes for over a year. Lots of monies put in already. Had to make the costly decision to repipe. Most of staff were kind & explained what was going on. Holes in the house everywhere...need to get to pipes. Just messy & dusty when done. Hoping it fixed our problems. Nice thing is is that the warranty passes on to next homeowners when we downsize.
