I had an unbelievably bad experience with this company. The sales person was very high pressure. He showed no interest in listening to what I was looking for. His sales approach was so pushy and intense that I had to ask him to stop. He then got very angry and aggressive. I felt threatened in my own home.

I hired this company base out of ******* to repipe a home that i own, In January of **** I was required to give them a ****-dollar deposit for them to start the job which they did however they did not post the permit, nor did they obtain a notice of commencement for the job and the city code enforcement fine me and shut the job down until the notice of commencement was obtain and posted. Repipe was scheduled to fix a leak (which did not fix the leak) and then they hired a D rated subcontractor to do the job which was not finished. Called and left messages- no return calls. 7 weeks later called to fire them, and now they want to hop to it. They have left our front yard RUINED as many trenches were dug and not refilled. I have no faith in this company now and do not want them sending out more crappy subcontractors to do half a job or a poor job finishing what has been started. Had repipe specialist just come in and put a main line and redo all the lines in the house. Job is done very sloppy was told it would take one to two days it took three days. Drywall guys are terrible i've got drywall spackle on walls that weren't even cut open the bubbles everywhere that they put the drywall in. The hole in my yard for the main line they threw all of their waste in the hole I've been picking out pieces of pipe and miscellaneous stuff for the past 3 days. I paid 10 grand to have my home repiped. What they did not tell me is that they would not remove the old pipe and instead just left it where it fell. We stated getting a very strange smell coming from the holes left behind by the crew. it was then that we checked things out and found the material left behind by the crew. All I have to say is make sure that you get a full understanding of what they will do before signing anything. My personal advise is buyer beware. They want the money, but do not want to do the work

Called repipe in *********** to do some work on our home. Scheduled an in person appointment at our house. 2 hours before the appointment they called and said they could only do a telephone estimate. Spoke with them regarding the work needing to be done. He gave me a quote over the phone then said i will see what i can do to lower the price. BUYERS BEWARE... They contracted out are we piping job, salesman difficult to get a hold of and did not return calls. Had to have several repairs due to incomplete work. Permit failed three times. Overcharged on permit. It's taken 6 weeks to get the job complete.... BUYER BEWARE!!

Our Sales Reps go over the procedure with every customer and explain our business model with regards to how we use local plumbers that we have a relationship with during every presentation. We do not hide that we subcontract. We also don't just grab some random plumber. With regards to overcharging for permits - we cover permit costing. It is part of our service. The pipes are functional and appear to be properly installed. That's the extent of my positive feelings.They took the cover off the street side water meter to shut off the main water. Instead of reinstalling it properly with the lock, they simply set the lid on there. I stepped on it coming home from a walk with my family and fell through. My leg has a significant wound and soreness. I got lucky, it could have really done some damage.
