We did a Repipe just to be proactive and were so amazed on how quickly and professional the job was done. The inspection was flawless and the inspector also commented on how good a job they did. The crew was careful with everything and so were the patching guys afterwards. It was a great experience.

Repipe Specialists replaced the cpvc with newer piping. They did have to put holes in the walls but they did repair those and I painted. They put the piping in the attic and managed to get it to both sides of my house. (I have a high ceiling in the middle that goes to the roof.) They were responsive to my questions. They worked in a day so I was only without water for half a day. Sometimes it takes 2 days for installation. We got a couple different quotes to have the polybutylene pipes replaced in our house, and decided to use Repipe Specialists. So glad we did! The sales manager came to our house, explained the process, answered our questions, and even gave us a discount for mentioning an online ad. Repipe Specialist was the worst experience imaginable . The drywall dust and fiberglass was all over our home. Then they drilled a hole through our $3000.00 jetted tub. They tried to fix it instead of replacing it. The paint they used bubbled and peeled off. The fumes sent us to the hospital with shortness of breath. We had multiple leaks where they torched the tubing instead of replacing it. They never finished the job and never delivered what was promised. DO NOT call this company for your repipe work! Everything bad you read on their reviews are completely true. Chris Archer was our so called "sales consultant" and point of contact during the work. NEVER called back, left many messages and texts on his phone...only one person spoke English during the entire work. Unlimited Plumbing was the subcontractor and the person that was suppose to repatch the holes came a day after the scheduled day, and even then he called the day OF the repatch work at 8am. is it re-piping job is not recommended by me. Big problems on more than it's worth, you will never have water temperature again it fluctuate with the seeds. I hope you look into this type of work before having it done to your house. It ruined mine..

Horrible experience. The sales rep William was great and spent lots of time explaining everything but after that it was terrible. They sent API Plumbing to do the work. The day of install they were late and the guys doing the work could not get into the fly in community because they had no ID. Work was completed but house was left a mess. They outsource their work, this company does not do their own work. Tried to cancel the contract immediatey the same day, but was met with issues from their headquarters. My only contact is the consultant who came to my house. But unfortunately he never send me any documentation back for notice of cancellation. I did reach out to him and them via email, phone and mailed them the notice of cancellation.
