Dont even deserve that the so called plumbers company that doesn't even speck English, was outsourced from, god only knows where. This so called company. came in my house and vandalized it.They got mad when I put paper and painters type to cover the holes they put, Mixed god knows what in my cleaner that was under my sink put holes in my AC and when up in my attic smashed drywall and wood and smashed the top of my dryer. I received a call from Nick from RePipe Specialist 11/13/24 to set an appointment for Friday 11/15/24 for the drywall crew to come and texture the areas that had been replaced! They came, textured the areas, with the wrong texture, they used the popcorn textur! I contacted Nick on Sunday by text, explaining what they did and that he needed to send someone out to correct it! this company is not a recipe anything they ate sales people that hire 3rd party people to do the work they do not come to your house they call you and ask questions like how many sinks how many bathrooms how many tubes if you have a water turn off at the house so needs less to say they are just sales people not plumber's hopefully this well make you look elsewhere and find a real plumber not a sales person that hires a plumber that hopefully knows what there doing

It's hard to fully describe how incredibly frustrated I am with the service provided by Repipe Specialists. The communication across vendors and to my husband and I was awful, nothing was timely, and the work itself was poorly done from beginning to end. The estimator that was supposed to come to my home for a walk through and quote did not show up because of an alleged flat tire. I contracted with Repipe Specialists to update my home water lines only to find out they subcontract out the work with API Action Plumbing. Work was completed 5 weeks ago and several items were found faulty by inspector and were repaired, but still waiting for API to schedule the final inspection with the city. The office is unresponsive and I can never talk to a person, only able to leave a message of which no one replies. I have 35 holes in my walls for 5 weeks now and final inspection hasn't been scheduled or completed..... read more

Update: After many text messages and emails, the plumber came back and corrected all the plumbing issues. The drywall patching is another story. their drywall contractor, Brandon Nogues did such a bad job initially that I have no confidence that he has neither the skill nor knowledge to patch drywall properly. How do you patch drywall without any sanding? Even though I paid for drywall patching in the contract price I have chosen to not request Brandon Nogues return and decided to pay for another local drywall contractor... read more

I got a quote from these people. First they are a sales and marketing company, they subcontract the work. Second after their 30% "discount" the price was 15% higher than what the plumber wanted to do the job. So the claim of being half what a plumber charges was just some false advertising. I am not saying they do anything wrong or don't potentially do a good job, but it didn't work out for me.

They took advantage of my 97-year-old grandmother, they were supposed to pull a permit with part of the money but decided to pocket it instead, causing us more headaches. I wish more people had integrity. license number CFC1431409
