Liked that the pool was open, but asked for more lounge chairs as there were only 4, and was told, “oh sorry, no, maybe Monday “

Cold showers😐 but nice hotel workers, everything very clean, a bit pricy tho.

Beautiful property in the heart of "Downtown Ocotillo". Great location and a very appealing hotel. Very clean and comfortable. We didnt interact with much staff but the ones we did, they were friendly and kind. The quality of the construction itself leaves a lot to be desired. You can hear other doors slamming, and when the air was off in our room, you could CLEARLY hear our neighbors. They are NOT soundproof.
