Beautiful property in the heart of "Downtown Ocotillo". Great location and a very appealing hotel. Very clean and comfortable. We didnt interact with much staff but the ones we did, they were friendly and kind. The quality of the construction itself leaves a lot to be desired. You can hear other doors slamming, and when the air was off in our room, you could CLEARLY hear our neighbors. They are NOT soundproof. Loved the free breakfast setup, common area outside with it's beautiful park like feel as well as the inside lounge. Rooms were spacious, clean and well stocked for a long stay. Overall, top notch. Will definitely stay again when we come back.

For a brand new just opened in June 2019 I was disappointed with the room. It was beautiful but dirty. I felt bad that it was so new and should be so nice but both showers were so gross. We had a nice 2 room suite. One tub didn't drain and when calling the front desk the girl didn't know how to fix the problem and didn't have maintainence available she was willing to come check it out but said she didn't know how to fix the problem.
