New hotel on the lake open July 2018 in nice area.
Nice new hotel. Nice new hotel. Excellent hot/cold breakfast. Lots of space to lounge around in the lobby area. Even the free wifi is plenty fast, no need to upgrade. A bit too far to walk to most things, but a short cab/uber ride. Will definitely stay again.
Breakfast Breakfast was just ok.
Front-desk personnel were fabulous-very helpful and quick to respond. The breakfast variety was great. The room was clean and we enjoyed having the full kitchen available to use while staying multiple nights. Was a little bummed that we had a room with a full kitchen with dishes and such but didn't have proper dishclothes/dishtowels. Also, I forgot cooking oil and there wasn't any I could buy on site. Great! Everything about this place was great except the noticeable lack of house keeping care/sanitation in our room, there were 7! Different hair types hanging on the wall of the shower and floor turning black from lack of ever cleaning it, small trash on room floor etc. For someone like me that was very discomforting. I soaked the coffee pot in soap when I left just to ensure it gets washed properly instead of just rinsed with brown residue left behind. Nothing but class! This is a beautiful facility, great for family gatherings, couple retreats, or business. The staff is exceptional, very clean and well maintained. They even have gluten free options to eat for breakfast!
